10.1 All individuals are required to register a User Account to gain access to and/or purchase any Services, before our acceptance.

10.2 Please note that all users must be at least 18 years old.

10.3 User must ensure that all information provided must be completed and accurate.

11.0 Packages & Documents Required

11.1 We do provide 2 different packages: (i) for sole local director and sole local individual shareholder) both must be the same person), and (ii) multiple local directors and multiple local individual shareholders (maximum 4 directors and 4 shareholders). Additional administrative fee of S$100 per local director or S$100 per local individual shareholder will be charged on top of the package fee for companies with more than four local directors or individual shareholders.

11.2 Any foreigner or corporate involved in the future, we reserve the right to terminate all services.

11.3 All the due diligence must be cleared before we could accept the registration.

11.4 Once the due diligence has been cleared, users may check the status before making payment.

11.5 All directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, controllers are required to upload their NRICs (front & back), a photo that they hold their NRICs (front & back) and a photo of their signatures.

11.6 All individuals can only access their own company records for the first 14 days upon completion of signing up with us.

11.7 The full website can be accessed after 14 days upon completion of signing up with us.

11.8 Clients required to upload their business profile, constitution, statutory registers, share certificates (if any) to the system.

11.9 For all active companies, a signed Financial Statements (prepared in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards by a qualified accountant) MUST be furnished at least 45 days before the due date to file the Annual Return.

11.10 The Financial Statements need to indicate the accountant’s member.

11.11 In the event no financial statements is furnished, we will NOT be able to assist on the Annual Return lodgement with ACRA).

11.12 If any penalty is applicable, must be paid prior to lodgement with ACRA.

11.13 In the event if the company is insolvent, the preparation of XBRL of the financial statements is required for ACRA’s filing.

11.14 Clients require to inform us once the XBRL has been uploaded, if not we will NOT be able to assist on the Annual Return lodgement with ACRA).

11.15 Prior to any lodgement with ACRA, all filing fees (except the filing fee for Annual Return) must be paid by way of Paynow or bank transfer to our company’s bank account; failing which, we will not be held reliable and responsible for any late lodgement or late penalty imposed by ACRA due to the negligence of the Company’s Director(s).

11.16 Any outstanding filing for Annual Return are not included in our packages.

12.0 Payment

12.1 Users may make payment via Paynow or Internet Banking as stated in the invoice.

12.2 Our services shall continue and shall be chargeable until the receipt of an official termination via post or email by the company’s director(s) and acknowledge by us.

12.3 No refund on unutilised services due to termination of our services or company struck off / liquidation / winding up.

12.4 Services would only commence after payment is received.

12.5 Any refund can be done within 14 days from the date of payment.
